Mr Faultline Leather
The Faultline Bar
Ismael was born in East Los Angeles and comes from a large family. He has many brothers and sisters; biological, adopted, and step-siblings. The family was close-knit.
When he was 14 years old, Ismael moved to Texas to a small town where everyone was related. It was there that Ismael came out as gay to all of his family.
At 17 years old, Ismael moved back to Los Angeles on his own to explore being a gay man. After going to the gay bars nightly, he started feeling that there was a sense that things were spiraling out of control and had lost a sense of purpose on who he was and what he wanted to do with his life.
At that point, Ismael decided he wanted more to his life and needed discipline, so he decided to enlist in the United States Army. He served in the military for over 12 years.
7 years ago, while coming coming home periodically to visiting friends and family, he stumbled into a bar called The Faultline. He was fascinated by the people, the leather community, the sense of family, and not to mention being completely turned on by the men. He fell in love with the bar and found his new home in the community. He also met his partner Keith at the Faultline 2 years ago.
Ismael is excited to represent the Faultline and be a part Los Angeles community in the upcoming Los Angeles Leather Pride!
